Group & private yoga therapy sessions are available at Andrea Powers Wellness Studio. A personalized yoga class is carefully designed for each individual.  If you find it difficult to participate in a group yoga class due to an injury or illness you may consider a private yoga therapy session.  A private yoga session consists of therapeutic uses of yoga that works with specific conditions and needs.  It is a practice for anyone in the process of healing from Fibromyalgia, depression, stress, cancer, menopause, back and hip injuries to name a few.  Unlike a group yoga class it allows each individual to move at their own pace within their own space.  A session can consist of yoga massage, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, Vini style yoga, breath work, Yoga Nidra and guided meditation.   If you are interested in a session or have questions please call the studio to set up an appointment.Fibromyalgia, depression, stress, cancer, menopause, back and hip injuries to name a few.Unlike a group yoga class it allows each individual to move at their own pace within their own space.A session can consist of yoga massage, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, Vini style yoga, breath work, Yoga Nidra and guided meditation. Antonette Redl (Vidyadhari) - RYT, YogaFlowAntonette was first introduced to yoga while studying at Montclair State University, and graduated with a B.A. in Commercial Arts. After years of drifting in and out of yoga classes she began seeking various spiritual traditions to fulfill a void within. After an illness led her back to her mat she soon discovered yoga not only opened her physically but opened her heart to what she had been seeking all along. This lead her to deepen her own practice while learning how to teach classes and enrolled in YogaFlow Body and Mind Teacher Training.

Antonette brings all of these lessons enriched in spirituality into her teaching. Her classes are geared towards recognizing each ones individuality in a nurturing, non intimidating atmosphere.
